Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

To request a return or exchange, please email hello@mingyuwangnewyork.com.

Only unworn and unaltered item(s) are eligible for return. Eligible item(s) may be refunded to the original form of payment or exchanged based on current availability.

All approved returns must be received by Ming Yu Wang within 7 days of the original delivery date. After this period, all sales are considered final and are not eligible for return or refund.

A $25 processing and restocking fee will be deducted per transaction.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined above. If a return is rejected, the item(s) will be shipped back to the client at the client’s expense, and a refund will not be issued.

Domestic return shipping labels are provided upon request. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For international returns, please mark “RETURNED GOODS” on the commercial invoice through your designated courier. This helps avoid additional customs duties and taxes. For international exchanges, a $45 USD shipping fee will apply.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

All items undergo quality inspection prior to shipment. Due to the delicate nature of jewelry and gemstones, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or mishandling are not considered manufacturing defects.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact hello@mingyuwangnewyork.com within 72 hours of delivery with:

• A photograph of the item and description of the issue
• Proof of purchase using the original order confirmation email

Approved defective items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at the discretion of Ming Yu Wang.

 

REPAIRS

Repairs are assessed on a case by case basis. Repair fees may apply depending on the nature of the damage and repair feasibility.

 

FINAL SALE

All sale items, orders using discount codes greater than 15%, fine jewelry, pre ordered items, customized items, and items purchased through exchange or store credit are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
