We are happy to accept all returns and exchanges.  Please email to request a Return Authorization Number within 7 days of receiving your order.  Only unworn, unaltered item(s) are eligible for return and will be refunded in the original form of payment or exchanged for other item(s) once we receive your shipment.

Domestic returns and exchanges are free of charge.  Please email us for the return shipping label. 

International customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.  Please mark "RETURNED GOODS" on the commercial invoice through your designated courier company.  This is to ensure that the items do not incur additional customs duties and taxes.  For exchanges, a $40 USD shipping fee will be applied.  



All items are quality checked and very rarely there may be a defect we didn't notice.  Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is NOT considered a manufacturing defect.  Jewelry and gemstones are delicate and should be handled with care.  Gemstones breaking from mishandling is not considered a manufacturing defect.  Please see Care Instructions on the website for further information.  If you find your pieces with a manufacturing defect we will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process.  The product must have been purchased within 7 days of notification.  You must notify by email at with:
  • A photograph of the item with a description of the defect.
  • A proof of purchase using the original email invoice from us.



Repairs to damaged goods are assessed on a case by case basis and fees may apply if repair is possible.



All on sale items, items with a discount code greater than 10%, items purchased as an exchange or for store credit are final sale and not refundable.
